 All my cats live in a loving environment in my house therefore kittens are raised 

with a sweet, loving temperament and well socialized, this will help the kitten to adapt into their new homes.

With no exceptions I do not sell kittens into Maltese homes unless sold as pet companions.

I DO NOT PLACE PET KITTENS IN MALTA ON FIRST COME BASIS, I MAKE SURE THAT MY KITTENS WILL GO TO A LOVING AND CARING HOME. I CAREFULLY TRY TO CHOOSE THE BEST HOME FOR MY FUR BABIES. DO NOT BOTHER CONTACTING ME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SHOW ME WHERE MY PET KITTENS WILL BE STAYING

Pet companions leave Akalanka cattery at the age of 12 weeks.

Show & breed quality kittens leave my cattery at the age of when the said

kitten has been eveluated and has grown his adult teeth. Should the buyer request the

kitten in question before the age of five months then Akalanka cannot

guarantee his show potential.

In most cases Akalanka will remain the co-owner of the cat being sold but I do make exceptions on this!

(co-ownership means that the new owner will be able to register herself any offsprings from this cat and sell offsprings herself without any authorization from the breeder BUT will NOT be able to sell or lease the cat bought without the breeder's autorization or signature)

Please note that all kittens become part of my family and this is why I am very particular where my kittens are placed. If you are not a serious caring breeder, please do not even hesitate to contact me !!!

  written contract
 vet check
 health guarantee
  CFA registration
microchip
pet passport
 all age appropriate shots including rabbies
titre test (for countries having this rule)
dewormed
  a negative PKD genetic certified test
a negative FIV & FELV certificate
